It is Geek Salad's Disney month but this year's topic is more Disney-adjacent. Since the Marvel Cinematic Universe came to be, most of its offerings have been met with praise. However, as time went along, there have been some MCU properties that have been maligned, not for reasons of quality, but for much more arbitrary and superficial reasons. 2021 was a pretty lousy year in general, but one very bright spot was that it gave us the first Marvel Cinematic Universe television shows on Disney+. Starting in January with WandaVision all the way to December with Hawkeye, we were shown five different series which further the ever growing MCU.
